The CJM AGM/Conf. concludes on Saturday night

(Please see list of CJM Affiliated churches below and times of their services on Sunday)
Hosted by the Japanese Gospel Church of Toronto, this annual event draws pastors and leaders from all Japanese evangelical Christian churches in Canada. Interwoven into the conference weekend are the "business sessions" which includes the Annual General Meeting and a Board of Directors meeting. (See schedule below)

The CJM AGM/Conf. encourage all pastors, their wives and/or leaders of the churches to meet and network with their peers in ministry. CJM offers a 50% travel subsidy to each of them who are not on the Board of CJM. Many churches and fellowships are small and sending their pastors to conferences is often financially prohibitive. CJM is grateful to be able to offer this subsidy with the financial assistance from its membership and affiliated churches.

Places of interest and attractions within the city of Toronto may be accommodated using the Toronto transit system. Please indicate on the registration form where you wish to visit - if your time permits.
w Niagara Falls: Located 11/2 hour drive from Toronto, will be a lovely drive and a visit to other attractions are available too. Niagara-on-the-Lake can be another interesting place to visit enroute to Niagara Falls.
w CN Tower: Often concidered a "must see" attraction when visitors come to Toronto. Please see website link for ticket costs.
w Downtown Walking Tour: Many places of interest can be reached by walking downtown Toronto. This can be organized with those who are interested.
w Ripley's Aquarium: Located at the base of the CN Tower is a facinating venue to visit.
w Blue Jays game: On Thursday, May 24, the Blue Jays will be playing the last game of their homestand against the Los Angeles Angels. It is of particular interest to Japanese baseball fans that the top prospect from Japan this year plays with the Los Angeles Angels. His name is Shohei Ohtani, pitcher and DH. We are uncertain if he will be playing that game but it is a rare opportunity to see him in action if he happens to play. If you wish to attend this game, please arrive on or before Thursday morning. This is a day game beginning at 12:30 pm.
